Takeuchi Excavators

Takeuchi originated the compact tracked excavator concept, as far back as 1971. These are still the products for which they are best known, and they produce more than 1200 per month, sold all over the world. Takeuchi offer 11 sizes of excavator from 1 tonne up to 14 tonne. The conventional minis were joined by an innovative range of 'Zero-Swing' excavators, extending the zero tailswing concept by offering swing within track width. A unique 'FR' offset link permits digging along a wall, even up to 8 tonne capacity.
